New game version is available to download

Hi there,

i got a question... When i want to play Hopeless 2 , there is always standing above the button 'PLAY' that a new game version is available to download, but where can i download it? Because, i can't play it!

Your browser has wrong cache settings.
Clear the browser cache (history) and reload the game (webpage).

I really got tired of this subject ...

I cant reload new version 2.13. Like I always do, erase my history and all tmp from Explorer, but when I reload page, still have 2.12.. whyyyyyy????
I cant playyy, please help me.

ah, and I try to do the same in mozilla, but have the same result

did u clear cookies too? Delete Cookies, Delete files?
if you have done all this, then restart pc and check, if this is also not working then update adobe plugins

1) be sure of this setting:

cache_settings.png

2) when you clear the browser cache, the browser must be closed!
Also be sure you clear the offline content as well:

clear_cache.png

If you still have troubles after all of these, restart the computer.

In this case your ISP is a bad one.

Many cheap ISPs use proxy servers in order to spare bandwidth.
If a big file (EXE, ZIP, RAR, etc) becomes popular (many requests), is stored on these local servers.
So you don't download these files from their original location and also there is a big chance to download an outdated version of those files.
Function of their policy, the refresh interval may take hours.
Probably they consider this game (a DCR file of 3.7MB) a popular big file.
You have to be patient and wait them to refresh those stored files.
Or ... get a better ISP.
